Ranked Teambuilder

Any chances on seeing a ranked Teambuilder which allows players select a position so that there is no pick order griefing?

On a separate note, you could also gain LP separately for each position that you play so that if you consistently play at a high elo level on top lane for example, you wouldn't be forced into ADC/JG/Supp or w/e and get wrecked because your opponent mains that specific role and you can't play it at a level that matches them.

This makes more sense if you look at the realm of esports as an actual sport. Players don't play every position on the field. The quarterback doesn't just decide to play on the D-Line one game. The third baseman doesn't just walk up to the pitching mound and say "Hey, I'm pitching tonight". Each player "mains" a role and in a ranked/pro setting, they aren't forced to take something else just because of a pick order.

I know this is more of a low elo Bronze to Gold issue, but I still think it would work quite well for everyone.
