See the problems the removal of thread voting system has caused? This thread violates rules of gameplay boards and if the voting system still exsisted it would be easier to highlight it with the downtoves it would get for either deletion or transfer to the Rant board.
As for the answer to your question, No, you are just bad if you can't play Riven or you haven't learnt to do the animation cancels which if you do learn, you can easily reach dia with riven only

Really damn good if the player learns to play them properly, sucks otherwise.
Next patch when they buff DD she will be giga broken and I expect Fiora since they buff ravenous hydra too to be most broken champ in whole game.
Maybe some deff buff on the expense on dmg. She is too oppressive to get any random buffs.

Legit 50% of boards posts were riven threads. Right now you see a 'buff riven' thread once in a blue moon
Get rid of all of her auto canceling and her total ad shield and then you can ask for buffs.
