I think this is a cheap play. Even though Zac splits into blobs, its still teleporting to a champion which you shouldn't be able to do. Sure, its "tactics" to save a teammate, but it eliminates fair play. His blob should still be forced to meet in the middle in order to come back to life rather than some kind of hidden timer.

Zac has the shortest end of the stick on all reguards to revive passives, he is able to BE SMITED, no other champ can be purple smited to death, and has the longest revive time and is NOT GUARENTEED, but having the ability to save ONE blob =~10% hp on revive is NOTHING as he can still be popped easy.
But the chance that a champions mechanic (which is in FULL capability of tp rules and regards, minions can be tp'd to which he becomes 4 minons) where they cannot fight back and only sit there, if there is a chance to resurrect can be assured by tp, that is a problem....

doesn't freeze the blobs, and hes guaranteed to live when u use it yes that's a problem, but I don't think the blobs can make it back in time with the 3.5 sec protection anyways.
