What are some viable pick/builds/play styles to counter a LeBlanc going Gunblade/Lichbane as an adc player.

Lol same build but on Ahri. I enjoy it a lot.
she comes in for burst, so 
shield will help you stay alive, then you can lifesteal your health back up before the next time she comes in.
Or there's
