seems like every single patch riot releases someone is broken. why cant riot just release a patch without someone being extremely strong or overpowered. or buffing an item that makes only one type of champion good for that patch. please fire all the people u have working on patches because they obviously dont know what their doing...one patch comes out "all assassins are op" next patch comes out "only ezreal, jinx,illoui, and viktor are broken" then next patch "only tanks are broken" stop messing with the game and leave it alone.

This game would be extremely boring if everything was perfectly balanced

It's called "shifting the META". That's how they can "control" how the game is played out. Ultimately, players are the ones that "control" the META because they get to choose their champions. Riot will, sometimes, give some champions the "spotlight" by either buffing them or nerfing the competition. That's how balancing works mate.
