How does Rammus' W work when hit by someone with sated devourer? Does the "Phantom Attack" cause them to be hit by the W twice or does it only hit them for the regular auto attack?
Update: I just tested this and Sated does apply Rammus' W twice as well as thornmail's damage twice.

He means if someone else has sated and is attacking you, it procs thornmail and rammus W twice.
Very Hard Engage1 votesthen the answer is no, because it isn't the equivalent of attacking two separate times, it just procs on hit effects twice, its still only 1 auto.
so someone who attacks one time, will take 65 damage +10% of rammus' armor stat. if a "sated proc hits" the attacker will still take 65 damage + 10% of rammus' armor for that auto attack.
