Singed passive
I think by now most singed players know that the optimal build on him doesn't use mana. Singed is overdue for an upgrade to his passive. Would love a red response.

SS Enforcer2 votesWhat is this... optimal build? I mean, whatever it is, if it doesn't have any mana item in it, then it's a pretty shitty build.

The thing is that when managed correctly,Singed can get by without buying mana, so his passive basically just give you hp from your base mana.
That said, roa gives 700 hp to him, so your call. Also frozen heart isnt half bad vs heavy ad.
About the passive, i would make it also give him resistances, that would make it worth investing to, either that or tenacity, i would no doubt invest in heavy mana if it gave Singed tenacity.
