Garen help?/why he is banned every game
okay i see garen is banned in EVERY ranked game i have no clue why but i kinda want know the build masterys and stuff so i can try it for myself

wtf. he practically never gets banned anymore. its really rare.
as for masteries, 12/0/18 with grasp of the undying works rather well. runes really depend on what youre looking for and how you intend to build.
ad marks, armor seals, either (sclaing) cdr or scaling mr glyphs. for quints either ad, flat armor penetration or movement speed. against difficult matchups you can also take flat armor or mr glyphs.
id really make the runes dependent on your matchup.
