@Riot any info on Hail of Blades, the new domination rune coming out with Stormrazor?

Stormrazor seems like a pretty nice item with assassins that have an auto attack in their combo and some fighters look to benefit from essence reaver too

Any info on Hail of blades since it is supposed to synergise with stormrazor?

Although I can't seem to find the exact post now, I believe it was stated that "After attacking a champion, gain 50-100% attack speed for your next 3 basic attacks. Must be 1.5 seconds between basic attacks or this effect ends. Can exceed the attack speed cap."
