Some dush choose adc when there already is one and says "I'm going to intentionally feed."
His Summoner name is MVX.. Riot please check his chat log and match history and ban him.. Look at his previous games...
You can't call people out on the forums. Send a report, maybe open a ticket, but don't name drop like this, you could get in serious trouble. I know he didn't respect you, but you calling him out isn't the way to do it.

I know these kinds of players suck, but Riot says in the forum rules that the in-game reporting tool is how to take care of this, and using names on the forum is forbidden. Ranting about this kind of behavior is fine, but as long as you don't use any names. They have a system for reporting people, and the forums aren't it.
Report him, he'll be banned eventually.
Afk/trolls happens in a minority of games so it doesn't really matter.
