Akali revert and was the rework a complete disaster for league players?

With the constant nerfs Akali is getting every single patch it is getting annoying for us Akali mains and makes us frustrated or leave the game. A rioter told me the Akali nerfs are happening mostly because of the pro play. I understand that pro play is a huge factor in Akali nerfs but before she was reworked she was fine wasn't nerfed every single patch, etc. This Akali rework has been a complete fail on Akali mains but not for Riot, they just make a decent skin, promote it and boom cash. They don't care about the champion's players or how bad the nerfs are all they want is cash. My opinion to fix this mistake is to rework her again(which they won't cuz they care too much about cash) or revert her since her previous form was much more fun to play then this stupid piece of shit that's getting nerfed every single patch. Riot really removed everything from this champion. Peace from a used to be Akali main

I know many will hate me for saying this, but the main reason why Akali is a balance nightmare is the community, more specifically, the lower elo ends.

Why do I say that? Balancing Akali for only pro play and high elo is easy, they did it with Azir, and at the time, his mains had a 53-54% win rate, wasn't a menace in pro play yet still made healthy appearances, he was balanced for what he was supposed to be.

But then you look at how they talk about Akali, that they want to reduce the disparity between good Akali players and bad Akali players, but to do that you need to lower her skill floor and cap, while also keeping her damage decent, but having that damage is too much when mastered by the pros and high elo, yet if they nerf that damage and keep her for what she is supposed to be, the high skill assassin, then she will be perfectly balanced, similar to how Azir was, but, akin to the Shuriman Emperor, no-one in lower elos will be able to play her unless they actually say "I'm gonna put in the time and learn her correctly", yet we can see that whenever such a rework is suggested by someone, the big groups go on them and start crying that it's not fair only for a certain few to be able to play the champ, despite the fact that those who cry will still not pick her up afterwards either. We saw that with A-Sol, Sylas is busted right now so obviously he's picked because of that, as with both him and A-Sol, people agree they feel clunky and unfun.

All balance nightmares are like that because they want to please both high elo and low elo at the same time, but that's because players cry for it. When they decided to do a "get good or play another champ" with Azir, many people cried it's unfair that they won't be able to play him.

Everyone should have the potential to play any champ if they put in the time, not ask for the champ to be made easy just because they can't play that champ and stomp after 3 games, but hey, entitlement at it's finest.

No point in reverting her. Doing it just replaces a cancer with another cancer.

Was the rework a failure? Yes! Was old akali better? HELL NO! I would take this akali over the old one any time of the year.
