How is 
Zoe able to cast spells while being ulted by 
Yasuo? Had this happen to me recently where I would ult zoe and she would sleep me or cast her w on me while in mid ult. To be honest tho I dont play yasuo so I dont really know him that good just wondering how?

Zoe's Sleep has a cast time, travel time, and a delay. It's possible that it was already in the air when the knockup happened, or you already had it applied and the delay was just happening.
Zoe can redirect her Q if it's in midair while she's stunned.
Her W mimics summoners, and many summoners can be cast while stunned, like Barrier.
Rito spaghetti code. I would just delete zoe and delete yasuo and then revert Fiora and buy elixir of fortitude followed by sword of the occult.
She can't, if anything it wouldve been a buffered ability. If the skillshot hits u before u ult, the sleep will trigger during ur ult halting ur dmg... The Q can be redirected in midair... but generally most of the time the q has already been used...
