For God's sake riot you have to nerf this item. I used to be a Jax main but now I never play him besause he is so absurdly broken that he's always banned. Xin yi udyr tryndamere and Jax all become unstoppable mosters with this thing with little to no counterplay. The insane lifesteal/ad/as buff gives them stats that should never come from a single item.
I just think it's too cheap for how good it is. They just need to increase the price by 1k and it will be balanced.
