Hello Riot is there any plans on balancing Lucian?

Hello Riot / fellow forum members!

I think Lucian has went from a tier 1 ADC to a really bad ADC. The string of nerfs that happend last fall really hurt him (obviously) But I think he kinda got the Tristana treatment. Sure he was dominant but now he's a former shell of his former self.

I think there's a few weakpoints with him that's abit too much atm:

• Not being able to bully lane properly. (Sure he can snipe with Q but he can't really bully anyone out in lane like he used to since the passive nerf kinda hit him alot imo especially early)

• Low range compared to other ADCs (Tristana, Jinx, Cait hell even Vayne outrange him)

• Doesn't do enough damage to compensate for the fact that he only brings damage to the team. (Sivir for example doesn't have that much damage but she offers great utillity to the team to compensate for it)

I know he is kinda hard to balance since he's got almost everything a ADC could want. Damage, mobillity, poke, siege. But even tho he's got a good pick he almost get outshined against every other ADC even in lane where he is supposed to be stronger.

But mainly I'm wondering if there is any plans for fixing him?
