Just wondering why the shadow assassin buffs got revoked? It would be a slight nerf to red kayn with the 1 second increase on his E and it was giving blue kayn a much needed buff, halving the CD would balance out the power level of both forms.
I didn't really understand the changes to begin with. Rhaast would still be the better choice in like 80% of games. If they want to buff shadow assassin to the point where it's picked as often as darkin, he needs a more direct buff. That said, I don't think Kayn needs buffs at all in either form. As a kayn main though I won't complain.
blue doesnt need a buff, red needs another nerf.
Tbh idk why it got pulled. There really isn’t much of a reason outside of a lot of people just hate him for some reason
