FrankerX1 votessaw that once. riot has to "rework" this not just "if your report was the last report this player received, you get that message!" it should be like "if a player you reported in the last 24h gets banned YOU GET THAT MESSAGE SO YOU KNOW IT DID SOMETHING!!!"
