So I know it's been brought up before, but why on earth is Warmogs passive allowed in Ascension. Especially now that people can back and buy. Either the passive has to go or backing has to go. Kayne or Garen becomes completely unkillable.

JavelinJoe1 votesBacking had to be introduced to prevent hostage games where one team literally just denies captures while being unkillable (you can shop when dead but if you never die you never shop and thus those champs who die stack tank items becoming unkillable).
