Why are we still able to ban ally pick intents?

They want a power pick that is normally banned but is last pick, and you don't have first pick/don't own the champion

Honestly The only reason i dont mind banning teammates picks is because i dont want a fucking jinx jungle or tristana mid.

Some people like to honestly troll in ranked games and do really dumb things. So id like to bann those.

I have literally never had someone troll because I banned their champion, and if they are going to troll because I 'banned their champion' they were probably going t be toxic prior anyway, which as it is annoying as all hell.

I had one person and their premade buddy troll after I banned Yasuo (with them going Leblanc Mid and Urgot support to intentionally feed).

My top laner and I carried the game anyways.

If a guy is gonna pick something trolley chances are they are gonna troll regardless. may as well do what you can. Ranked is the time to be serious not to try new things.

To ban the OP picks, especially if the person who has it as pick intent is last pick or fourth pick and the first two picks don't own them. I'd rather deal with salty teammates than with having to deal with the enemy having power picks.
