Ranked System Rework

I shall try posting this here instead in hope it does not get deleted. So I will say I enjoy playing ranked matches, I like the concept and the strats and everything involved. I am just an average player really, like anyone I have good and bad games and thats how it is. I do spectate a lot of games from launcher to see how people are changing tactics and see what I can gather from the games to try to make myself a better player as well. This all being said. I see some names on the ranked games very frequently and watching these games I keep thinking how in the world did some of these players make it to such a high tier? Yes I have read and chatted about how riot has the ranking system set up and what factors are considered in provisionals every season and such. But clearly some people are just carried straight in to a higher ELO because of matchmaking. I see some really fantastic players in low tier that deserve to be a ton higher but can't get out due to poor matchmaking and I see some really bad bronze 5 worthy players at diamond and challenger levels. Personally I think that when a person of so called challenger level has like 20+ games just in recent history of all losses and throws games for his entire game by his terrible gameplay they should be looked into and bumped to an appropriate tier. This is just a suggestion, probably not the first of it's kind but come on, you have crazy good players in silver and such, even a nice few in bronze but they are stuck their due to bad matchmaking and you have crazy bad players in diamond and higher. I think the system needs a rework or something. This has been my rant for the day, thanks and keep up the good work

Fabbbyyy and imaqtpie just have their own way of playing the game (Carry or Feed), don't hate them for getting smashed in half their games. Honestly, if you're good enough to keep your feeding tendencies in check long enough to hit Challenger, you belong there.

Noone gets stuck in lower elo, especially with the relaxed MMR requirements sub-Diamond and the removal of clamping.

For the most part I think that those in Diamond/Challenger deserve to be there, I think getting through plat weeds out the men from the boys, but I agree that all tiers plat and below have somewhat questionable matchmaking at times. I don't think it's possible for a Diamond tier player to be " bronze 5 " as you're stating, it just simply doesn't seem likely. You could say that theyre silver or gold tier but i dont think any bronze player could manage in diamond, unless they have like 2k norms games or something crazy.
