ABysmally low lp gains per victory

Sorry if i should not put this in this category , dunno what fits it the best . That said , i have 80 wins and 45 defeats . I am currently diamond 3 . Despite a good winrate , i gain 13 lp per game ? I do not get it . What exacty to do if i gain half the amount of the points i lose on win ? 66% win rate is just to stay where i am . I never duoq , nor have i lost extreme amount of games since i got to diamond . If anyone has a theory on why i gain so little and how to fix it tell me .

rito shafted matchmaking this season with positional ranks so they put a serious cap on lp gains because of people who abused the mmr big having 40% winrates but reaching as high as diamond 2
