add filter for lobby, to only show "available" skins you have?

with all the skins per character, i have a hard time sometimes scrolling through the nonavailable skins, or sometimes dont even know i have a skin. while also making a "runebuild" for the upcoming match, while in lobby. shouldn't there be a filter or option where u can disable the possibility of buying one inside the lobby, or showing it at all, so i dont have to waste extra time, if u know what i mean ?
