Is Item Sets coming back to the new client?

Hey guys Pairanoid here, I was Just wondering if the item sets are coming back to the new client. I dont mind the switch but i use item sets for most of my champs to quick select items for my many builds. That was something i loved with the old client and id switch back to the old just to create a item slot for a champ and then back again. I found it easier for game play to shorten my backs. Let me know if you guys know or if you even used this feature. I used it all the time and with the new items coming in and old items reworked i would like to be able to edit those current Item sets to change for the meta instead of looking for the item in the item select.
