Jarvan IV,Hecarim and Rek'Sai getting nerfs in 9.9

Isn't jungle in a weak state right now? mid lane is up 2 levels on you whole game, the only champions that made it easier were jarvan,hecarim and rek'sai.

While vayne,riven,jax,vladimir and kai'sa are picked every game because they outperform anything they go against. There is blade of the ruined king nerf but that doesn't affect just vayne but other champions too, so it is quite unneeded.

Lets ignore all other lanes and look at the current state of the jungle, you are basically a second support, the only reason rek'sai was so good was because early game is so important and you don't need to farm to be relevant or more like you shouldn't, it is bascailly impossible to pick a scaling champion in the jungle and expect to win against equally skilled opponent.Only reason hecarim is strong is because conqueror works so well with his kit, other champions aren't so lucky.

So the exp in the jungle was nerfed because jungler could get level 3 and gank while your laner is level 2, this was only possible in the early game and because of the leash you get from your teammates. Because players whined about ganks from lee sin level 3 while they are level 2, this was nerfed and junglers are level 4 while mid is level 6 now.

Completely agree with op, they reduced jungle xp and keep nerfing junglers. Doesn't stop laners from wanting to take your buffs tho...or wanting to gank for them. Meanwhile, they go crazy when you soak xp from their lane or keep farming jg just to stay relevant instead of ganking.

Its because the Jungle it self gives so little EXP so Ganking Junglers are strong.

hecarim was just fucking broken and the other two were pick or ban, all needed nerfs they were crowding out the jg champ pool, too bad they refuse to do shit about issues in any other role at all ever

No. Jungle is still one of the strongest roles in the game by design. Also remember how everybody claimed ADCs are all absolute shit tier when the items got changed? Well, none of them got buffed yet they are suddenly in the spotlight again. Just shows you that sentences like "x as a whole is weak/strong" aren't an actual measurement of reality.
