Any plans for Zyra?

Hello guys, I've been playing Zyra for almost two years now (therefore, I'd consider myself a Zyra main) and had a lot of fun playing her. However, I feel a bit unsatisfied with her current state. The reason for that is pretty straight forward: League changed, Zyra didn't. I am not criticizing her damage output- I honestly think she's totally fine with her numbers. Her plants deal a lot of damage granting her enough damage late game since they scale with her level, also giving Zyra a great poking tool. Her spells also do a decent amount of damage, they are certainly not under powered (at least that is what most people seem to complain about right now). She relies on the damage that her plants deal - which leads me to the problem she has right now. While her plants are usually not killed easily in early/mid game, they almost die instantly as soon as a teamfight starts, or even if they are used for other things, such as poking. That wouldn't be much of a problem... but unfortunately, Zyra really needs her pants to attack, else she cannot deal a lot damage. Because of the fact that she already has a ridiculous low movement speed and almost the lowest base health in the whole game, it makes her even more vulnerable than she already is. The easiest way to solve that problem is to simply add one(or more) additional life point to her plant(only late game though, else it would be op) when they get enraged by her ult.

Her passive has been discussed a lot lately and I don't think she needs an actual passive that she can "use" while she is alive if her problems mentioned above are being fixed. However, it would be a nice addition to her if the attack speed of her plants could be influenced. Playing her 30 minutes straight with the same attack speed just feels a bit lame. What if she had a passive that increased the plant's attack speed if Zyra positions herself in the plant's attack range, making her damage output higher, but also making her vulnerable as she needs to get somehow close to the enemy. Or let it scale with her level, CDR,... there are so many possibilities.

I want to mention again that I don't think that Zyra is weak when it comes to damage, it just feels unrewarding playing her sometimes, and it makes me sad that a champion with such an interesting lore and kit hasn't been touched for like two years(apart from the range indicators earlier this year). Oh and I also need to mention that I never played her as a support, only as an Apc.

Zyra needs buffs to her reliability and mana costs.

My main issue is that her Q is SO easy to dodge and has a huge mana cost for something that doesn't even do that much damage. With a .625 second delay, there's no reason you should be hit by this especially considering It's range which isn't that great either. Zyra's E is fair, but her ultimate also has a 2 second delay before the knockup. Zyra has so much unreliability to her kit, It just makes her worthless to pick in most situations. If you could get these spells off, Zyra would be great, but there's just other-better picks since she's probably the most unreliable champion in the game in terms of her abilities.

Zyra's mana costs are also unreasonably high.

Q: 95 W: (95/90 depending on spell used) E: 90 R: 140

Zyra needs buffs desperately, I really want her to be viable but she's one of the very, very few champions I would ever say is unviable. I mean, why pick Zyra when you can pick Annie or Heimerdinger. Annie has CC that's point-and-click, higher damage, lower mana costs, and Heimerdinger is another minion mancer who's minions are actually stronger and his abilities are easier to hit with less mana costs.
