New elixir/potion idea to spice up boring match ups

I was thinking maybe a potion that gave the frozen mallet passive for a vary short amount of time might be a pretty interesting twist to ranged vs melee match ups in the early game.

However, I understand these would become overpowered come mid-late game, so maybe only available for a short time and expire come 8 minutes.

It would also have to be relatively expensive, like 100-200, since youd be getting an almost guaranteed kill for a total of 300 gold (if you are smart about it).
