So i tried out Ekko...and well...I felt pretty BA just going in and out.

He is a rather cool champion, but i dont quite see the Op. If you dont build almost Pure AP he doesnt do the needed damage unless it is a prolonged battle and you are going AP bruiser. Sure he has burst, but if it doesnt do quite enough then the longer battle will usually be the end of him. I believe he is actually in a area in way of balanced due to the fact that other rather mobile champs and decent assassin will deal with him well. And tanks can just blow off most abilities unless they are low.

So, just to be clear. You just said "He is balanced against a group of champions considered a problem or even OP themselves and against champions of the types he is not supposed to be fighting against anyway." Even without any opinion on Echo, that's not a very cogent argument...

every champ is weak to a group of champions. ADC's are weak to burst assassin while tanks (depending on which one) will have trouble with ADC's while assassins wont do much. This is simply a opinion not a argument. And i just declared what i saw. And no, Assassins are not OP, they get fed, ahead, and everyone becomes dead. A shut down assassin is nothing for a tank or bruiser to deal with on normal terms.

Yes, "every champ is weak to a group of champions". But what you said was that he was weak against things he should obviously be weak against; that's a granted, it provides no relevant information. The relevant issue which is not addressed and is far more significant for determining "how OP they are" is how they perform in even or strong match ups and how they perform in their role. That's why I said it's not a cogent argument. Echo may be weak against tanks but he is supposed to be and, if he is doing his job right, should not be fighting them anyway.

Things may be weak to certain groups, but they are OP if they are strong against too many. If Riot's new scissor is weak against rock, but is strong against paper, lizard, dynamite and Mr. Spock, he's still OP. It doesn't matter that he was weak against rock and goes even against power shears.

So, by him being good against something makes him OP? Ekko is not Op, how would you even know? you havent played as him, you havent even played against him. Please go test him yourself or at least fight one. Everyone has their own opinion and you need to make your own instead of listening to everyone elses.

I wrote "Having a weakness or going even against something doesn't determine whether something is over-powered. It's determined by them being too good. Being too good against things compared to others, or being good against _too _ many things".

You do realize that his whole play style is revolved around how the play him/herserlf plays. Everyone has a check and balance, no he is not "too good against things compared to others, or being good against too many other things". He is simply a new champion who people have not learned to counter yet and counters others people didnt expect. Watch new ideas and counters popup quickly around him. People are freaking out because he is different and new, And like i have said. Get your own opinion and actaully play as or against. You are stating a problem we have with all new champions. ":O omg, idk how to counter. Hes not new or anything, i dont have knowledge. I better not learn to play against him or anything. HES OP"

And i have the right to state my opinion. Conversation or not i will say as i wish and state as i wish. The only one wasting time writing anything is the one who is trying to overly prove something others dont understand.

Right, so other champs cant run Lich bane Sorcer? Viktor <----I believe he does. Along with a more reliable stun, Large AOE massive death. And a ult that follows them and stop any channles.

I just jungled with him.

100% of my kill participation required assistance. Can't 100-0 people unless they're stupid and don't react or position properly. Maybe because I was jungling and didn't get fed, but I think he's fair. I'll have to play against him to be sure, though.

Build attack speed first, surprisingly enough. He clears enough, and can easily juggle ganking and clearing.

I built devourer (because magic damage aa + magic pen, of course).
