Lux shield nerf.

Hey riot, i remember that lux had a shield that you were trying to nerf. So here's an idea. Why not make it so the shield goes twice whenever it hits an ally. So that the mid lane lux is nerfed, but support lux isnt. Also, maybe have the shield have some sort of visual affect when it hits the second person so we know it did. (Im prob gonna respond late since i dont actually come on here often)
