Nasus Wither Scaling

The 47/59/71/83/95 % slow on his wither is just Ridiculous. I can understand him having a slow, but having one that can slow 95% over a long period is just absurd. I'm not going throw in its ties with his stacking, because I think that's a fair game, but I can be expected to stop him from stacking when everytime I run in he slow Q ults and I cant run away.
