Suggestion: New champs unbannable in normals for 1 week

The whole purpose of playing normals is to learn how to handle certain situations so that when you play ranked, you're not clueless. Every time a new champion comes out, he or she is permabanned and I dont have the ability to learn the champion or, more important to me, learn how to play against them. I think it would be a reasonable suggestion to make new champions unbannable for at least one week IN NORMALS ONLY to give us ample experience playing with or against them.

You're more than 2x as likely to be able to get him in Blind Pick, since he can't be banned and the enemy team picking him first doesn't effect your chances of getting him.

I would add to that that for that same week they're locked out of ranked.

My first game had a Kayn for me (I did bad because I ended up playing into a Diamond V Elise 1 trick who just spent the entire game CJing me, a gold jungler who was obviously on his first time on the champ with sub-standard runes for him...), the second had one who literally didn't even know how his passive worked (AKA may as well have not been playing) in that game, and I've seen like 9-10 pregames where there was a dodge because Kayn was banned.

The issue is its so hard to get him, and his ban rate is stupid high in normals.

That's too much for the little brain of riot, you'll cause them an headache if you're lucky.

Making a new champ impossible to play the first week in ranked except diamond 1, masters and challenger? That's too complex because <insert excuse here>.

Making a new champ unbannable in normals for the first week or two? UNHEARD OF.

I wasn't even trying to play him, but he was banned non stop yesterday. While normally I wouldn't care that much, I would like to learn to play against him , and more importantly: I sat through like 20 champ selects because every time he was banned, someone dodged.

It got to the point that I had to stop playing for the day. The amount of dodges on ban was just ridiculous.
