Galio support potentially good now?? HEAR ME OUT

I am a low plat support main. I've always had a soft spot for Galio, he was my favorite champ at one point. However, he just hasn't fit into the support role with his high mana costs and lack of utility pre 6. With the new changes to the Talisman items I believe that he could be a viable support. I'm still tinkering around with the runes and masteries but I try to play him as a utility tank. Pre 6 is a little rough with the lack of poke you can actually do, but if your laning opponents are squishy, you can easily take them out with your adc at level 6. I'd like to know other people's thoughts about this!

Galio Ashe is something i used to play. Basically Galio ults in bot lane and ashe waits 2-3 seconds then ults. Its crazy stun duration you practically always win unless they werent in galios ult range.

The only problem with Galio support is his only way of actually peeling is by ulting.. which for obvious reasons isnt reliable, Such as Alistar justt knocks a zed that ulted your ashe away, or leona stuns the person on you etc etc
