A small change to key drops

Keys fragments are already few and far between and i understand and partially agree with the fact that the drop rate is a curve and not a line, but having to own the champion I feel is just an unnecessary addition. I have never mained a role let alone a champ, it's doing something different that really keeps me interested and when Tuesday comes around with a brand new rotation of champs I cant wait to try a few new ones - and more often that not end up unlocking one or two that I really enjoyed by the end of the week. I feel that not being able to get a key drop when i win with one of the rotation champs makes that win feel a little more worthless. Yes ok chests should be a reward for getting an S on a champ you own, chests are a great reward, but please can key fragments be dropped just for getting a win and nothing else!
