it will be cool if you can buy one for 6300 (after first week) and then the another one for half price or something
Probably separate, since they are two champs, but they'll probably have some sort of rp deal,if not an ip one as well.

Separately. They are indeed two champions, even though they are connected by lore, splashes, ect.
