Ranking should be based on your last 10 games.

This would lessen the security of high elo established players but it would also remove the possibility of there being any 'elo hell' because you are only rated by your last 10 games,which is the same number of placement games. Just an example. 20 games might be a more accurate measure though.

I like the idea, but I think the numbers are a little off. I think your ranking should be based on every ranked game you've played and you can progressively increase in rank the more you win.
