Bard Suggestion (Meeps)

Small suggestion to the newly released Bard: Change his meeps so that they only target enemy champions and Neutral Monsters. Seems a little unfair that you can't help with cs while your adc is backing without wasting your meep build. Short and sweet, thanks for reading.
