Ranking up/ out of a teir

Okay.. I know what you all are thinking another I shouldn't be in bronze rant.. blah blah. but I am not ranting, just have a real question about this game ranking system. is the only way to rank out to carry the entire team every game? I mean with players in lower elo's (bronze) trying to play like pros and play off comp i.e ( graves jungle, support mf, top taric etc..) now not to say that these champs cant play those roles because they can, my only issue with this is when it comes to ranking up solo. out of 80 ish games played 70 of them have had some stupid comp like this, players in bronze elo dnt care about comp, so my question how are u suppose to rank out when you are dependent on a player base that doesnt know/ or care to even learn the game? I am not saying I dnt belong in bronze cus I do, but I really do not see how me playing with a bronze player not even trying to learn is indicative of my skill. maybe Riot could drop the whole team non sense and make it based on what you personally do in the game. cs, obj, turrets. and time not dead.. every one know what it is like in bronze its time for riot to fix it, and stop fixing things for the pro scene only.

The best way to carry your team isn't through damage, it's through communication. When you watch a high elo player, it seems like they focus on damage and kills and stuff, but that's because their team generally knows what to do. Your teams generally won't, so if you shotcall and give advice (like "play passive and wait until baron runs off" or "jungle, we need you near baron, someone else please clear bot lane"), your team will be a whole lot better than the enemy team.

Just a psychological thing about giving advice, if you make it seem like they have a choice ("we need you near baron"), they will respond to it much better than if you tell them what to do ("stay near baron"). Unfortunately, it doesn't matter what your intentions are, but your wording can change the response a ton.

you really do not think there needs to be a different system? I do that every game I ask I pled and same out come almost every time. I have tried every nice trick the book I will even give up my role if some seems too butt hurt to go on. its some thing else I feel

there should be a serious and casual room in ranked since no one wants to play normals anymore
