So Riot what are the thoughts about nerfing our emperor this hard? I mean the Passive nerf is taking something unique from him and just putting extra Attackspeed passively on his W is just like: "Hey he lost it on his passive so put it onto W so that he still remains playable" It's like taking Gallos Passive and letting him get extra AP passively on his W or something... Also this E nerf is just shit.. Sorry for this words, but if he wants to escape all somone has to do is stand in the path between soldiers cause you know "Hey I won't get knocked up anymore, also he won't get a Shield so I can just kill him now" And this is kind of pressuring him to either escape over terrain or engage at high risk. Maybe with the new AP Items this will get a little bit of exchange but will have to see. Hopefully some Riot employee finds time to explain a little bit further to me and the rest of the community.

The passive-w nerf is totally justified, he should trade early game for his insane late game, which he didn't before. He was good at all points of the game. The E nerf I feel like might be a little too much, I never tought the shield/brief knockup had anything to do with him being oppressive. The only thing that really needed nerfing imo was Q damge (especially at early ranks).
