Bot allies?!?!?

So, I got my girlfriend into League, and after about a weak she wanted to do intermediate AI. I said sure, knowing that as a gold player I should be able to carry no matter what. The first game we did we got in, Im playing adc and she is practicing support. And we have 3 people with just boots run down mid. At first I think nothing of it, and they all die within minutes. Now Im worried that we have a group of really bad people. Now they all go top, and die, then mid, and die. But, they always did one thing they sat at inhibs and waited for a minion wave to come. And they would always sit at tower if they had no minions. They never used abilities, bought odd items, and generally, acted like a minion. A few more games, the same thing happens, game, after game, after game. Every match we seem to have 1-3 of these 'bots' just doing terribly, all doing the same things with out deviation. Its almost an epidemic because it becomes drastically harder to with these bots around being nothing more than just lambs to the slaughter. And they are just getting free XP and IP for it. I dont know if these acounts are going to some kind of elo seller, or just someone trying to spam up an alt acount, or just general laziness to farm IP. But Im starting to get tired of these, and Im sure I am not the only one. Im hoping Riot can get a program to find these botters and ban them, because I fear what happens when they want to pvp. Level 30, decked out with runes and champs they dont know how to play going into a ranked match and feeding hard because they dont know how to play, scares me. And it ruins the new player experiance. New players wont have the builds or the skill to carry these bots that go 0/7-0/20 in a match. I hope the community can raise awerness to this issue and that our overlord Rito can fix this. Until then, I guess me and my girlfriend will have to carry mindless .
