Playing 3 weeks to get one key fragment and still didn't recieve any

Riot what the hell i play as hard as i could to win the game i play'd and i will almost every single one and still don't recieve any of the key fragments i'm trying as hard as i could to get one but nope i'm just tired of this begging to get one .
