I need help mid lane

I am currently not doing well in mid lane. I need advice on how to play mid properly, how to cs properly and how to help my team, more. I try but ultimately I fail. Please give me any tips on mid lane or show me in game, I just need help. all advice is appreciated.

Simplest way to do this, watch streamers.

My recommendation is to go Talon mid (flash ignite, electrocute), and watch "Yamikazi"( a challenger talon 1 trick).
