Weird cencor

"Cai" is the romanised spelling of a surname in China, ie "蔡" . I said "in China" and not "in Chinese" because say for example, Taiwan spells the same surname differently as "Tsai". And that's just in Mandarin, different Chinese local dialects spells it differently, too. The surname is also used in other non-Chinese Asian nations, such as Korea, Vietname etc, where they are all spelled differently in their romanisation scheme.

This is just about the only thing that comes to my mind when it comes to "Cai".

Unless it is censored because of another languages, otherwise it's just being weird like it sometimes is again.
