idk if it is because i am BRONZE or mood but the thing is in 2 months i got up from v to I but now in one month i got down to IV i just cant win ganes anymore neither normals like i am a total loser i admit i have my bad games but the most are good and i get a defeat just dont know what to do any tips or something pls

maybe use barrier instead of heal for a bit. it has a lower cd, shields more than heal...heals, and isn't effected by grievous wounds and such. Otherwise work on positioning and learn when to call a fight as a loss and get out of dodge.
