Some suggestions to improve player gameplay

Well first of all im not english so any grammar mistake ignore.

So i have a bunch of ideas to improve league of legends and here are some of my top ideas(top, not best).

1- ARAM "uh man, i just got , well ill just leave and try a better champ in 5 minutes" I was thinking and how can we prevent players from leaving ARAM because they dont like the champion they just got, well, first the champion we get every new game must be kept random ,but it could be saved like if you join a game and u get and you leave when you relog and join u get again, until you end an ARAM game or you rerol, that way people wouldnt leave to get a diferent champion.(i hope i explained that well)

2- RANKEDS"oh no not again unranked people in my team" Well this one has an easy solution so every one gets happy, unrankeds with unrankeds and experienced players with excperienced players, or if you think that the match wait time will be too long if a team has a unranked the other team has one too, i think this would balance things a bit, cause sure there are unranked people that play well, but the most of them in my personal experience still need to learn some stuff that they can only learn by doing rankeds.(no in this idea)

3-GAMEMODES"oh man i wish i could play URF again, it was so much fun" It gets boring, still its fun to play time to time so, let me put it this way, a gamemode reroll, like free champ rotation a gamemode rotation, but i can still think on a problem for this probably riot would need to include the custom gamemodes in the download of the game and that would have to be updated each week, that is one problem so this isnt that good of an idea, but this is mainly to show that there are possibilities we just need to think about one(it can even be once a month the time between gamemode changes).

So to finish of i would like to say that i will probably edit this to add some more ideas if people agree with these and if you have any improvement to the current ones, tell me what i should change!
