PBE jungle update question
So as a jungle main I've been tracking the posts about the new jungle, and from what I've seen it is way more brutal and oppressive than in season four. Between the massive monster buffs and later spawn times I've heard nothing but comments about how much harder it is and how it is further restricting the playable jungle champions (which is the opposite of what Riot originally stated their goal for the jungle was). Now I saw the latest PBE updates (http://www.surrenderat20.net/2014/11/1112-pbe-update.html) and they are nerfing the health regen on the new jungle items. This seems terribly contradictive and appears to be moving even more towards a limited jungler pool. Can someone on the PBE (or riot) possibly shed some light on this situation for me?
