plays a few games and Gets high ping the next game

Okay this is one of my first post but I have been problem with league since 5.23 patch I would play a few games and then i would start a new game and I would get really high ping of 200--400 ping, It really starting to get annoying. I even close the client and try to reconnect sometimes it gets better sometimes its get worse. Is there any solution or fix to this? My ping on teamspeak and other programs stay the same.

You can thank the server move for this, along with live maintenance. I have the same problem but I just deal with it since Riot is not going to bring up a server(s) on the coasts.

Yes this is NA, But I live close to the servers so Normally i would have 17ms. But after a few matches its like 200-400 ping for no reason. idk what it is
