Bots in regular 3v3 TT????

Okay so I just finished playing a normal 3v3 in TT and it was just horrible, for me at least. I know I was going against actual people because I typed in all chat and I got responses but my team was all bots but me. In Champion Selection, they picked their champs instantly. I didn't think much of it. So the game starts and there you see a lvl 1 Shen run straight into the tower. He continues to do this, feeding the enemy team. Voli is just at base not moving at all from beginning to end. I don't know if this has happened to anyone else but the entire game mode is just shit if this is how it's going to be. If I wanted to play a bot game I would have. I obviously won't be playing in TT from now on.
