How Do You Lane Against The New Fiora?

I was playing Maokai a couple of games ago and I played against the reworked Fiora for the first time. I'd already read up all her abilities and thought I could lane against her comfortably.

But in laning phase she pretty much dominated the lane, and all I could do was farm under turret. I got one kill on her because she tower dived me but that was it. After her first kill on me she snowballed really hard. How should I lane against a Fiora, and what champions should I play if I see her?

I'm not ranting about her being OP or anything, I'm just asking on how I should play against her.
