Summoner Icon Rewards

As we all can agree that the Champion Mastery System is a little underwhelming in terms of both how it works and the rewards it gives for "mastering" a champion. So my suggestion is: How about we implement a reward system that rewards players with a special Summoner Icon when "mastering" a champion, featuring said champion. Since there are no Summoner Icons featuring champions, I think this is a good idea and will give people a better incentive to grind.
