Please Nerf Loot Randomization

So I currently have every champion unlocked including Kayn, and I have 2 skins as well as 2 champions in my loot tab that I already own. I wanted to see what you guys think about Loot Boxes giving out Champions/Skins that are already owned? I see it as a way to get free Essence since you don't need the skin/champ but i also happen to have 3000 Blue + 3000 Orange Essence so it feels pointless. Since the release of the honor system i rarely get key fragments, and I've stacked up 14 loot boxes all without a single key. I suggest another sort of reroll option for loot that is already owned, or for people who own all the champs to be given a better chance at getting extras such as Rare Gemstones.
