Disappointed

I am seriously disappointed in this game. I started this game two years ago and was placed in Silver IV. I had tried to climb higher but was not good enough because I had just started which is fine. I had gone down to bronze and then in the next season was automatically put into bronze 5 which again is fine. I convinced myself I would climb out and eventually I got pretty decent at the game. I started climbing higher and got to bronze 3. So it showed I was getting better. However, my problem is with so many AFK's and ragers wanting to surrender when we are only 3 kills behind and scream GG spamming the chat. I LITERALLY CANNOT carry these people and they will not cooperate with team work. Why am I getting punished with these types of people as a new player? You can't just stick a bunch of people who do not know what they are doing with people who are learning how to carry people that feed and are trying their best to keep the team motivated even though they give up so quickly. This IS THE MAJOR PROBLEM WITH YOUR GAME RIOT. You will probably read this and will not care so because of that you will not hear from me again. I have been a loyal customer and I have realized that this game is not healthy for me or the community it represents. 1 solution I could suggest is since people in diamond are so great and can carry every game like they say why not put their matchmaking with bronze and see how high they get? That way if they really are as good as they say they can carry every game and get that same placement because they truly belong in diamond. There are so many things you can do to make your matchmaking better and I am just disappointed in you and your game. I tried to enjoy myself while playing it but it is not possible. You have lost a customer but you probably really do not care because you have a million others so to that I say goodbye. (you can say im crying all you want, i am just over this game) Thank you for the service you brought for the 2 years that I played.
