One lane loses = all lanes lose. What is the best thing you can do?

Why is this? Well there is this strat everyone is doing its usually: win a lane, push the turret over and then send the winner to all the other lanes until they fall. Usually this is bot lane btw...

There should be a lot of ways to fight this but the sad fact is the outer turrets are useless, and the winners usually got a couple kills before hand; so they got some items on you. Not to mention this happens around 10 mins in or so.

Before you know it not only has bot lane fallen, but all the other outer turrets and one inner usually. Now they around 5k gold up, have map control and your team is basically useless. You CAN turn this lead around... but it is very difficult and even if you do its a 40-50 min game of them messing up real bad. Is the only solution to play adc until you get to a rating people fight on even footing? Oh and I just love how new players get dropped in silver instead of bronze... but meh. I guess I picked a terrible season to try and climb, I just seem to get stonewalled by this problem.

Split pushing kind of works for a bit... but the map feels really small with all this move speed stuff. You could try and git gud and snowball yourself... but they probably have the same amount of kills as you so you have to give up some ground. Thoughts?
